Our Conditions
- Maximum 06 Passengers will be allowed in 01 Helicopter. (Subject to Weight not exceeding 450 Kgs and Pilot decision for safety of passengers.
- All timings mentioned are indicative.
- Assistance at all the Dhams will be provided by our assistants for Puja and Darshan.
- Our company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the party, thus advised guests to get the fitness certificate from doctor to travel to the high-altitude sector.
- Price is subject to change without prior notice.
- No or delayed flying are subject to many factors like delayed clearance from Airforce & Civil aviation, VVIP movements, valley flying by Indian Air Force (NOTAM), bad weather conditions, sudden development of technical snag in helicopter, illness of flying crew & delayed positioning of the guests at the helipad.
- These is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens for helicopter yatra.
- AirMauryan Services Pvt Ltd or its employees cannot be held responsible in any manner for any mis-conduct done by the operator originally operating this tour.
- In case the journey is not finished within the given time and passengers would not be able to any Dham due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons. In this scenario company will still try to visit the all Dham. In case the journey is still not finished then the liability of the company will be limited to refund of unutilized sectors only and calculating the flying time.
- Weighing at the time of boarding the helicopter is must. The pilot/Crew will not allow the passenger(s) to board the helicopter in case the passenger(s) weight exceeds the weight conveyed/Informed at the time of booking. In this case the passenger(s) will not be given any refund.
- we reserve the right to shuffle passengers to manage the right weight of helicopters for safe flying in the hills.
- Our company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the party. Therefore, in your own interest, guests are hereby advised to kindly consult a doctor and get medical check-up done before commencing the yatra. Medical check-up is mainly required if a guest has any medical ailment/condition.
- We reserve the right to cancel passengers, who are unruly, abusive, intoxicated, sick, mentally unfit or anyone else whom we deem to be found unsafe to fly in any manner. No refund shall be done to such passenger(s).
CARRIAGE BY AIR ACT, 1972
The carriage is subject to the operator company regulations relating to the conditions of Non-International Carriage (Passenger and Baggage) framed in accordance with The Carriage by Air Act, 1972 and Notification regarding application of the carriage which is non-international. The liability of the company for damage sustained in the event of the death or wounding of a passenger or any other bodily injury suffered by passenger or by his registered baggage during the course of carriage by air will be governed by the provisions of sections 4,5,6 and the rules contained in the second Schedule of Carriage by Air Act 1972 with certain exceptions, adaptations, modifications, etc as notified in the Govt. of India, Ministry of Civil Aviation Notification and as amended from time to time.
NO AERIAL PHOTOPGRAPHY
Aerial Photography from Helicopter is illegal and punishable by law and photography at the helipad is strictly prohibited.
INFANTS
Infant below 2 years/12 kgs weight are carried free of charge. Above 2 years or 12 kgs weight will be charged full ticket. In case of verification of age, ID proof/birth certificate of the child shall be checked.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
Excess volume baggage or hand bags of more than 5 kgs would not be allowed on Helicopter flight. Only one duffle bags provided by us will be allowed to carry in a helicopter.
HELICOPTER WEIGHT LIMTATION
Maximum weight capacity of the helicopter is 450 kg (excluding baggage weight) at these destinations. All passengers on board must be within this limit. Hence, passengers are advised to provide us their exact weights at the time of booking and carry baggage within the permissible limit. At the time of boarding the helicopter, If passenger(s) weight exceeds the weight informed the time of booking, the passenger(s) will not be allowed to board the helicopter and proceed for yatra. In this case the company is not liable to give any refund to the passenger(s) deboarded/cancelled.
SEATING CAPACITY
The maximum seating capacity for our helicopters is 06 passengers + 01 Crew subject to weight of 450 kgs.
DISPUTES
The court of Gautam Budh Nagar (U.P) shall have exclusion to all other courts in respect of any action or claim arising from in concerned with this itinerary/Travel Package or any arbitration pursuant thereto. As all the cases in respect to this agreement shall be carried forward in Gautam Budh Nagar courts.
